The project for a new warehouse is in a building plot of 11.033 mq in the industrial estate of Cardano al Campo. It satisfies the industrail needs of the client and it includes plans for the local HGVs traffic.

The planning criteria establishes: 50% of covered area,  gross floor surface for each floor of 5.500 mq  and a maximum height of 15m.
