Renovation of the façades.

The building is located on the edge of the historical centre of Varese and overlooks a small square famous for its mid-January bonfire.

The façades had been damaged by time and smog. Originally the project aimed to restore the external surfaces but considering the investment made for the scaffolding for the façade, the roof was refurbished too together with an attic conversion and the construction of two new apartments.
